Carefully pack your Baking Steel in its original packaging, ensuring the product is clean, unused, and securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
